Our Capacity

We set out 30 years ago as the Elit Tarım family in order to offer organic fertilizer, which is indispensable for both our country's and the world's agriculture, to our farmers at affordable costs that cannot be compared with similar imported products. Our journey, which started with Ormin K, Coplex and Nof, continued with agriculturalists and producers who understood us.

 When we started working with plant-based potassium, Turkey did not know the importance of potassium in agriculture. We paved the way by patiently explaining to our producers how essential this plant nutrient is for agricultural production. If potassium is currently used in agriculture in Turkey, we can say that we owe this to a large extent to the work of Elit Tarım. After Ormin K, which is a potassium source in powder form, we developed Coplex in liquid form as a potassium source to be used in drip irrigation. Later, we started to produce an organomineral called Niplex, aiming to offer plants different forms of nitrogen that can be used in every period in a single product.

 In order to ensure that Ormin K, which is a potassium source, can be used easily in open areas, we granulated this product. All of these products have started to be produced by Elit Tarım for the first time in Turkey and brought together with our farmers. We can easily say that Elit Tarım is the 'company of firsts' in the field of agriculture. In addition, we are proud and happy to say that Elit Tarım's greatest contribution to Turkey is to train a large number of qualified people for the agricultural sector. The existence of agriculturalists who grew up in the Elit Tarım family as independent entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector today proves how successful Elit Tarım has been on the path it has paved.

 To give a small example, when Elit Tarım first introduced Ormin K to the agricultural sector, the use of potassium was the main reason why banana production in Turkey has increased from a few thousand tons to 900,000 tons. For us, the joy of this is that the phrase "No crop without potassium, no yield without Ormin K!" has become established among our farmers themselves.

Developing the product, promoting it in the market and doing all this is R&D. Elit Tarım is determined to continue its innovations continuously and owes this to R&D.

    As of 2023, we continue to move forward by adding calcium nitrate, magnesium nitrate, calmag and animal base amino acid production to our production range, which are indispensable for both our country and world agriculture, and we continue to move forward with high added value products.

    Now, with our production capacity of 20.000 tons and our range of 48 products, our biggest goal is to continue our journey hand in hand and full of success by saying hello again with the happiness of our contribution to Turkey and the world agriculture.
